    what happens if 4 teams end up at 7-2 conference records?

    k-state loses to texas. ends up 7-2
    Okie state beats OU and baylor. ends up 7-2
    OU loses to OSU beats TCU. ends up 7-2
    texas beats k-state and TCU ends up 7-2

    who wins conference?

    k-state would hold tie breaker over OU and OSU
    Texas has tie breaker over k-state and OSU
    OU holds tie breaker over Texas
    OSU holds tie breaker over OSU


    do they go by overall record? k-state and texas at 10-2, with k-state holding tie breaker? or is there some other method?

    It would be a 4-way tie for conference champ, but highest BCS rated team would go to Fiesta, which would probably be Texas.
