Credits: 352,436 | K State-Nebraska I thought everybody would be talking about this game today, maybe I missed on another forum? ESPN caught Beasley before the game, quote,"This is gonna be fun, I'll probably go for 50." He had 6 at halftime, and was clearly frustrated. Walker get called for a foul in the second half, punches the ball, gets a T foul, and sits for the rest of the game. Beasley gets 17 and 10 ties Mello for the most double-doubles by a frosh, but KSU loses! Fearless prediction from the Old Geezer: KSU and Indiana will self destruct as Beasley and Walker, Gordon and DJ White go pro. Moral: If you invite a skunk into your kitchen, you might get some stink on yourself. |

All too often I think coaches believe it's a shot to their manhood as a coach to play anything other than straight man or zone. If 3 out of a team's 5 starters suck, I have no qualms about playing a triangle and 2. |

Once the Mugger is done it will be interesting to see how that team does. It goes to show KSU is a 2 man show and Frank Martin is easy to out coach. I do like the fact he sat Walker after the T. I lost count of how many times the Mugger knocked KSU players down.
