IMO, he has left KSU high and dry. Synder will have more work than he wants by taking over for this ding-a-ling.

I'm going to be the first to float the conspiracy theory. I posted a message last night that I had seen on ESPN Bottom Line where the NCAA was taking no action on possible violations by KSU involving academic issues and improper benefits to 2 present players, 3 former players and a university employee. 1+1= 2?
GO CYCLONES!!! |

Nice is in the DNA of Iowans and the fans here are particularly gracious -- even when the home team loses but gives a great effort, they are appreciative. ESPN.com picked Hilton Coliseum as the "Hot Arena" in the Big 12...coaches in the league noted that, "regardless of talent, the Cyclones have a home court like no other." |

Fast forward 1-3 years and Wieser is getting fired for having terrible football and basketball teams. His stock was probably never higher than the day after KSU beat KU in basketball. Good move to get out of Manhattan ("the armpit of America") now. |
