Sutton fired at OSU

Not quite sure if it has hit ESPN or anywhere but he is a gone.

Not an April fools day joke.

Is it just me or does Sean Sutton always seem to have the same expression as Pvt. Pyle?

Re: Sutton fired at OSU

There has to be more to this story than the W/L's. Right?

Re: Sutton fired at OSU

I thought he had saved his job for 1 more year with their strong finish (minus the 1st round bump in the NIT).

Re: Sutton fired at OSU

I'd heard rumblings when I was back in Stillwater over Christmas break that this was coming. I'm not surprised at all. I really doubt Sean or Eddie was surprised either. The story I heard was that T. Boone felt he was spending too much money to have a mediocre MBB team and he was pulling some strings to get a change made. It'll be interesting to see who they make a run at.

The man has always looked a little unstable. Didn't he have some fainting episodes on the sidelines over the last year or so?

Dude is high strung. Actually will probably live longer because of this. He should thank OSU.

Actually, I always thought he portrayed a "Who....does...number...two...work...for..." kind of face.

Show that turd who's boss, Eddie.

I had thought Pickens was ready to throw as much cash at Bill Self as it would take to get him. Self denied those rumors, naturally, but I wonder if that is still an option?
