Credits: 29,505 | NU's Cody Glen to LB Heard on the radio here in Omaha earlier this week that Cody Glen is moving from RB to LB for the Huskers. Not really much of a surprise since Castille and Lucky are both better and will get the majority of the touches. I think it's more of a desperation move due to the fact that the LB position is a huge hole for their D. I think they expect Glen to be a starter, which is asking a lot for a college senior who has been a RB his entire life. I suppose he might have played some LB in high school, but I'm too lazy to look it up.
Obviously the Husker D needs a lot of work, and contrary to the belief of most Big Red fans it wasn't all the fault of Cosgrove. There just isn't a lot of talent on that side of the ball. I don't see any reason why we can't beat them in Ames this year. |

That's hard for defenses to stop.

They bought 36,000 season tickets so there is a passion there…don’t hide it… let it out. I want there to be a passion in the stadium."

I think they are just looking for warm bodies to fill holes on defense. I know Husker fans here were raving about one of their LB recruits, but these are probably the same fans who thought Steve Octavian would be an All-American. |

you mean like
Fumble on the goal line...
Meyer throwing a 100 yard TD pass to the wrong team...
