No I don't think it would happen but after watching KU tear apart UNC. How bad do you think Boone Pickens wants Self in Stillwater? I would not be surprised if he made a very serious offer to Self. |

Self has said repeatedly there is no way it happens. And the way he has said it has almost been insulting to OSU. I'd be absolutely shocked if it happened. | |

Nothing about Self in particular, but I think that college coaches as a lot are quite selfish. They are always quite eager to get their contract renegotiated after a good season... And, by the same token, I have never seen one offer to take a lower salary, or give up something after a bad season. | |

When he went to Illinois, everything was already laid in place for him. When he went to Kansas, everything was already laid in place for him. If he goes to Oklahoma State, he's got a LOT of building to do. I think he may be an opposite of JP. He's a maintainer, not a builder. | |
