Kansas Season Preview

Scout.com: Preview 2008 - CFN Kansas Preview

In 2007, KU was the benefactor of a very easy schedule. This year, they go to South Florida and OU and have home dates with TT and Texas. In fact, the final 6 games will say alot about KU:

CU
OU
KSU
NU
Texas
Missouri -ouch that's brutual.

Not to mention their question marks at RB, losing argubably their best defensive player in Talib as well as a couple of key assistants (passing game coordinator and key recruiter to Nebraska and defensive coordinator to Miami.)

No question they return alot of talent, but so does everyone else in the North, but like the preview said, in 2007 KU did everything right, which is what they'll need to do to have a repeat of last season.

I like how most people are chalking up going to Ames as a win for KU, hopefully we can catch them off guard. At least this report mentioned it won't be a cake walk.

Remember that stressed spelled backwards is desserts!

"The New England Patriots: As annoying as the Yankess, just with 23 fewer titles."

I think the entire North Division, sans Kansas St., has the opportunity to be a real battle this year.

I hope KU gets roughed up a little bit. It is bad enough listening to their fans talk through bball season each year, if they are going to start ringing up 10 win football seasons every year, it will be downright unbearable.
