2. Don't see it's all that much of a stretch when virtually everyone else has them picked at #2. In that case all they'd have to is knock off Oklahoma, and a LOT of sports writers have said it's a possibility this year. But then again, considering your quote "South: I dont know much in depth stuff about the south so i am going to sit this play out", I find it really odd you're critiquing me on my opinion when you refuse to put out your own opinion and even admit you don't know what's going on down there anyway...

I don't know enough about the south to make a top to bottom perdiction but in my opinion Okalahoma is easily the best team

i also don't see how everyone thinks KSU is going to be a "laughing stock" and everyone picking them to be last in the division. Really, i see it being a 3 way fight for 4th place (NU, KSU and ISU), Mizzou obviously the class of the division, KU still 2nd, and Colo 3rd...
Tech is going to find a way into the Big XII champ game - game at OU will be the toughest, but OU also loses a game it shouldn't every year, so I'll say Tech gets in...

North - Mizzou
South - Okla.
Champion - Okla.
OU does lose a game they should win every year; they also win the Big XII virtually every year.

I'm still not sold on Tech. I've never been a fan of Leach. I guess I don't see how everyone is ready to crown them South champs already.
btw, the UT fanbase will be royally PO'd if they finish third in the South behind OU and Tech. Lots of folks were on Mack Brown's behind after last year (especially the loss to K-State), it would get a lot worse if Tech finished ahead of them.

KSU - laughing stock
South:
OU - loaded on both sides of the ball
Texas - I'd be curious to see what Will Muschamp does with the defense
Tech - 8 or 9 starters return to a defense that was 3rd best in the Big 12 last year
Okie St - don't know much about the 'Pokes
AtM - could be a long season; spread style QB in an offense going to pro style
Baylor - With Briles as a coach, could be a team on the rise in coming years
WHAT ARE U SMOKING FUSKERS LAST PLACE SORRY................
