Same story as the other thread, but for the Big XII South. I expect this one to be a bit more diverse in voting.

Texas Tech is good enough to outscore every one of its opponents. Yes, even Oklahoma.

I'm on the Mike Leach bandwagon. I think Tech wins it.

I'm for Tech simply because it seems their defense has really improved since the change at coordinator and I'd love to see someone other than Texas or OU win it.
Plus, should Mizzu win the North, a Tech vs Mizzu Big XII title game would be very entertaining. At least, I'd hope so, however, last yea Mizzu blew the doors off Tech and only allowed 10 points.

I was on the Texas Tech new defense bandwagon untill Eastern Washington threw the ball around pretty well against them. They were very solid against the run but I think OU takes it...

Looks like Eastern Washington did nothing until later in the 2nd quarter. Tech jumped out to a 21-0 first quarter lead. I'm guessing guys slacked off a bit - a good harping point for Leach and staff.
But, if the Tech defense does struggle against the pass all year...
Bradford is a very different QB at home than he is on the road. Sadly, Tech travels to OU this season.

Which would be more entertaining, the game itself or the complete melt down on the Nebraska, Kansas, Texas, Oklahoma and A&M boards? | Oh we will fight, fight, fight for Iowa State, and may her colors ever fly! Go Cyclones, in accordance with Prophecy |

No way Tech can win at OU. I'll take the Sooners.

+ 1 for Oklahoma. I just don't see them not in the championship game.

Tech @ KU on Oct. 25th should be a good one as well.
