    Good hire, but I don't think it directly translates into "end of the world".

    Winning at K-State is a whole different story than winning at TCU.

    Urban Meyer did well on the transition, but recruiting at Florida is different than Manhattan.

    Regardless of how good Patterson is he's still facing and uphill climb at KSU. Hawkins was just as good of a hire at CU and he really hasn't made a whole lot of noise. I have a lot of respect for Patterson but we'll see.
