Big 12 Bowls
BCS National Championship Oklahoma (12-1) vs. Florida (11-1) Tostitos Fiesta Bowl Texas (11-1) vs. Ohio State (10-2) AT&T Cotton Bowl Texas Tech (11-1) vs. Mississippi (8-4) Konica Minolta Gator Bowl Nebraska (8-4) vs. Clemson (7-5) Pacific Life Holiday Bowl Oklahoma State (9-3) vs. Oregon (9-3) Valero Alamo Bowl Missouri (9-4) vs. Northwestern (9-3) Insight Bowl Kansas (7-5) vs. Minnesota (7-5)
It should be interesting to see if the Big 12 is as good as we think it is. The bowls may help us figure that one out - 2 games vs SEC, 3 games vs Big 11, 1 vs Pac10 and 1 vs ACC.
Also, if you're Mizzoo aren't you ticked off that Nebraska got a better bowl game?

Re: Big 12 Bowls
The Big XII SHOULD dominate all but the National Championship game.

Re: Big 12 Bowls
I think the big XII goes 6-1, the only loss from Nebraska.

Re: Big 12 Bowls
I just wonder if the Big 12 offenses are as good as we think they are - I hope they are or our defense is even worse than we thought.

Editing that post would help viewing it. :)
I agree the Big 12 should dominate these games - but there are a couple there that concern me. Mizzu vs Northwestern
On paper, this shouldn't be much of a game. However, Mizzu is on self-destruct mode it seems.
Oklahoma vs Florida
Obviously, this should be a very competitive game. Texas Tech vs Mississippi
Another game that on paper should be a blowout, but the Tech injuries have to be concerning.

Re: Big 12 Bowls
From a Big XII standpoint I like that Mizzou and nebraska are flip-flopped. Missouri is obviously way, way better than nebraska but the matchups they have are better the way it stands. I think both would have big-time touble winning if they switched. I can't see how, in any way, shape, or form, that Missouri doesn't beat the tar out of Northwestern.
The only trouble games (obviously all are winable/losable) in my eyes are the OU and neb games.

I think Oregon will give OSU a better game than people seem to be saying.

Re: Big 12 Bowls
Missouri game should be an absolute pi$$-pounding, assuming of course they actually show up.

Re: Big 12 Bowls
Clemson performed very well the last half of the season , after the coaching change made. The are moving up and lost of buzz surrounding this program. Nebraska came very close so getting beat by a barley breathing CU team and they will have their hands full. I would not bet on Nebby no matter how many points you give me.

Re: Big 12 Bowls
Ill take Oregon over OSU, otherwise I like the chances of the Big XII in them all.

The Big 12 will go 7-0 this bowl season

Re: Big 12 Bowls
I think the Cotton Bowl is going to be very interesting. Tech isn't playing their best football right now, they could be sulking about not getting a BCS bid, and Ole Miss has really grown up over the last two months, especially with their upset win over Florida (they're really the only team that even played Florida close all year) and lost to Alabama by only 4.
Mississippi's a team everyone in the nation is sleeping on and they're going to smack Texas Tech in the mouth. The question is will Tech's head even be in the right place to respond, considering they're bound to feel like they got screwed, plus with rumors of Leach being virtually anywhere except in Lubbock next season...
I'm going to take Ole' Miss in the upset for this one.

Re: Big 12 Bowls
Big 12 winners will be Oklahoma, Texas Tech, Okie State, Missouri, and maybe Kansas.
