    Leach and TT reach a deal

    I didn't see much hope for a deal, but it appears that I was wrong. Word is that a 5 year deal has been reached with no buy out and a 20% guarantee. Thus both sides ended up giving in to a certain degree.

    $12 million over the 5 years, it was signed about 40 minutes ago (typo on original).

    Source? The Dallas Morning News reports that the terms have been agreed to but that Leach could sign as early as Friday.
