    Non BSC conference, weak conference, recruiting class loss. They've built some good facilities, and had recent success, but I think that's more the coach than the institution. It's a tough act to follow.

    Funny I was thinking the same thing. Is there a coach in the conference that did less with more talent? I would never fear Baylor as long as Drew is coaching there. I can't believe Memphis even thought about him.
