    Recruit Tampering by Nebby fan?

    This is an interesting story, but I wonder if this is not tampering or boosterism or what ever the NCAA would call it.

    No tampering at all. Simply a chance meeting. The NCAA (although not an organization known for it's "brain trusts") wouldn't have any problem with this meeting at all. "Political" figures are asked to speak at graduations all the time. Plus one of the players is not going to Nebraska anyway. It's a non-issue.
