Nothing new here. Anybody who didn't think, going in, that the North would develop into a race between Nebraska, Kansas, and Missouri really wasn't thinking straight.

Also known as an Iowa State fan in August, which is always significantly different than an Iowa State fan in October.

Going into the season, I thought it would be a race between Nebraska and Kansas with a big question mark next to Missouri. They seem to be handling all the transition in their program pretty well so they are now in the mix.

Moving up from last to fourth would be a huge improvement for a first year coaching staff. I will take any signs of life at this point after what we have been through.
