Deadspin and SportsbyBrooks are in on a pretty funny story from Baylor this weekend. I thought Baylor didn't have tailgating? Apparently they do and a girl was stealing beer from a cooler and got caught in the act.

That blows my mind. We literally saw less than 10 individual tailgates run by Baylor fans we were in Waco. I'm stunned that there was actually anyone tailgating. That said, this is pretty funny. The guy in a green polo w/the bad peda-stache defines the Baylor experience.
Guess I don't get why anyone is making a big deal out of this. Beer stolen at a tailgate? That NEVER happens. I guess it's a little more scandalous just because it's a religious university and drinking is supposedly illegal on school grounds, but I would bet that this happens literally dozens of times every home game in Ames.
I think it has more to do w/the fact that they caught them, the girl looks like a skank, and the guy has a terrible peda-stache.
How do you not notice someone stealing 20+ beers from your cooler?
They have some tailgating in on the other side of the lots, but I think the fact that beer was involved makes it the story, because I doubt any of the tailgates had beer :wink:

Heck we got there 3 hours befoer kick off and no one was even charging us to get in. I think later some people had to pay the $5, but we didn't
