Come on man it's one quote. Steve probably just asked if there was any truth to the 810 report and bang, there's your quote.

You act like this is a long feature on the entire situation as a whole. The whole story like like three sentences long.

I'm not saying he isn't being honest. But what would his motivation be to confirm it. There will be nothing official until the Big 10 Admins meet and vote. If he came out and said yea we got invited, then they for some reason didn't want him because of academics or something it would be a huge black eye on Nebraska.

I don't necessarily believe the initial radio station report was accurate, but a denial from Pearlman is not that much more believable to me than the initial report. It would be stupid to confirm anything at this point even if it were true, and a no comment is as good as a confirmation.

No, I've learned anything, it's if there is any spec of smoke even remotely possibly in any way shape or form even if it's the tiniest amount this earth has ever known, half of the CF posters will claim Skynet is active and Judgement Day of ISU Athletics is a mere minutes away

Does anybody doubt that this is gonna happen?

In Harvey's role w/ in the conference and nationally, he has no choice but to answer this way until protocal has been followed "officially".

Kevin Kietzman is basically the Marty Tirrell of the Kansas City market. If he's first to break a story he's probably wrong. If you've seen "A Bronx Tale" an apropo nickname for him would be "Mush".
