    1912

    1912 was the last time my Alma Mater, Iowa State University, won a conference title in Football. They were in the MVC then. Perhaps the MAC is not such a bad thing.

    The fact that we haven't won a conference title in football for nearly forever (which everyone on here already knows) does not in any way make a move of ISU to the MAC a good thing. Mediocrity is mediocrity, and who wants to settle for that?

    MAC is not even an option. We will land in a conference that is BCS or has BCS aspirations. ISU brings a lot more to the table than you give them credit for.
