Pac 10 said one of its scenarios was a full merger with the Big 12. Does anyone think there is a chance that they get the dominoes to fall, then invite the remaining north schools too?
There's no "reliable" link, it was brought up a few days back. I just don't see it happening.

God, let's hope so. It would be one hell of a conference.
I think this is wishful thinking......we probably need to start facing the reality of the situation and hopefully JP is doing everything he can to convince the Mountain West they should take us, along with Kansas and K-State.
The alternative might be Conference USA or somehting similar, and with the emergence of the superconferences, the rich poor gap will further expand. At least the Mountain West has some credibility.
