Beebe is confirming that MU, KU, KSU, BU and ISU all gave in and will give the buyout fee monies to UT, OU and A&M.

Oh, God. This is a nightmare.

The only reason I can see that Texas would have stayed is because they can TOTALLY own this conference, where in the Pac-10 they wouldn't have that kind of control. Giving ALL of the buyout money to TX/A&M/OU? Talk about getting walked on.

There should be a contingency plan. God, this may be better than some options, but it still sucks. No TV deal yet? Come on.

This is absolutely ********. The rich get richer and the leftovers are just allowing the big 3 to just walk all over them. Isn't there at least one AD between the 5 with some balls to stand up to Texas?
