Is the Big XII considering adding Houston?

I saw something about Texas legislature wanting Houston in the Big 12 the other day. Then I just saw Dan Bebee post on twitter
"I admire Texas' spurning of the SEC on academic grounds. So I'm sure UT will welcome a new conference partner, legends in academia: Houston"
Wondering if we are considering adding them or am I just misreading this post???
Also, if we do add them, do we go to 14? Because if we just went back to 12 we would have to split the Oklahoma teams or we would have to add another Texas team and move both Oklahoma teams to the north.

Alright scratch the Dan Bebee twitter thing. Still wondering if we are considering adding Houston with the whole Texas legislature thing getting involved.
