Stay away from the two towers. Cold, distant, and overabundant with sorcery, pipeweed and ale. I think the other two towers were destroyed by treebeard.

That part was awesome, but my house was socially inept. Moved to Helser Woodrow the next semester, and it was great. But I was part of the last group that got to live there as they tore that part of Helser down the following summer.
My favorite was Roberts Harriman. The community rivals Towers without having to live like a Sherpa...

Re: Best dorm?
I lived in Helser freshman year. It was good. No A/C meant everyone had their doors open all the time in the beginning of the year, so you get to know everybody pretty well.
Moved over to Friley with a group of guys sophomore year, and the rooms were bigger, and having A/C was nice, but it was not much better than Helser to be honest.

Re: Best dorm?
How is it that so many of us lived in Helser? As dorms go, it isn't that big, especially after they tore part of it down.

Re: Best dorm?
Another Helser survivor here. The rooms were small, the place was old, the lack if ac sucked, but the community was great. I made a lot of awesome friends living there.

I would never chose to live there more than a year, but it really was a great experience being there for my freshman year

I lived in there as well part of my freshman year.

Re: Best dorm?
They tore down what would amount to a house per floor. Where the UDCC is now. -

Now it looks more like a swastika
