I think so. Food Science, correct? If this is the one where they talk about the canning processes and food illness stuff then it is cake. I actually learned quite a bit too.

It's a 101 class, it will be easy.

That was my thought when I took a Music Theory 101 class. Holy crap it was hard listening to classical music and disseminating all the theoretical components . I ended up with a C.

ISUAggie you can just go ahead and sign me up for my classes if you would like. Be sure to tell me my schedule so I know when to go. No women's studies, I prefer nude drawing classes where women are the subject (no dudes please).

Ahh yes, I remember taking a class like that. You are right and I take back what I said about 101 classes (though most are still easy).

It's an easy class for sure. And in my biased opinion a pretty interesting class.
