schedule change
Hi,
Is it still possible to drop a course and pick up another one and still get 3 credit hours?

The value of an ISU diploma seems to be decreasing.

Re: schedule change
Chances of getting added to a different class this far into the semester is next to zero.

Re: schedule change
Chances of success in a class you add this late are also next to zero.

Originally Posted by bowlfan912 sounds completely dumb but just need a passing grade and 3 credits thats all. So, you're getting your *** handed to you in the one you're currently in? Is it a class that you could take P/F for your degree (ask your advisor) and pull off the Pass?
I'm almost certain you'll be told SOL on getting into a different, full-semester course at this point.

Re: schedule change
As others said, dropping isn't an issue but being added would probably be near impossible. We're already almost to mid-term and you would have likely already missed at least one exam. Only chance would be to find a professor nice enough to add you and let you take the exam blindly ASAP, but I don't think many professors would do that since the exam is already out there to all of the other students and would likely be easy for you to access.
Good Luck!

Re: schedule change
my advisor and i were discussing a self paced independent study at the beginning of the semester but i chose another course so hopefully the study could still work.
