Hey,
I am a graduate student here in Ames and I am looking for either a duplex or a townhome for me and my fiance/soon to be wife. Does anyone know of privately owned ones that would be for rent in August?

Check out Haverkamp properties. Ames Apartments Rent - Ames, IA - Haverkamp Properties
We were looking into renting through them - they have a pretty good community over there. There's a Cy-Ride stop that goes through their properties as well.
