What the balls? Flying burritos will now be wrapped up under a brand-new moniker
We need to find this "other" Flying Burrito and burn it to the ground!

Still going to be "Flying Burrito" to me
I love the old delivery car that looked like a WWII plane Oh we will fight, fight, fight for Iowa State, and may her colors ever fly!!! In Accordance with Prophecy -
Re: Fighting Burrito?!?!
Flying B's are the bomb. Pablo's in Cedar Falls is pretty good but these are way better. The only thing Pablo's has on Flying B's is they have a ton of different salsas to put on and they are over 2 pounds so you have 2 meals easily.

I saw that too. My life is forever changed.

Re: Fighting Burrito?!?!
Do you guys think the quality at FB has been going down? It used to be awesome but the rice seems to always be overcooked, and the veggies always seem to be undercooked.... Just curious what you guys thought. I mean it's a lot of food for the money which is nice, but I feel like it used to taste better...
I don't drink the Kool-Aid, and I am done making excuses. Only keeping it real... -

Most people I know that go to UNI actually think that Flying (err Fighting) Burrito is a little better, and I concur. I've actually found that Pablo's is better cold. Go figure.

I have noticed it. The chicken has been burnt and tasted terrible the last few times i went. I havent been back for a few months. I liked the place but them seem to be getting lazy or something.

Effin' Burrito is how I like to refer to it. Good burritos but bad service.

I heard about the Flying Burrito from the message boards and finally got to check it out. I was extremely disappointed. I would much rather head to a Chipotle or Pancheros. I don't understand the attraction. It's pretty remarkable for me not to be impressed. Maybe they had a bad day, but it will most likely be their only chance for this out-of-towner because I have no plans to go back.

Probably would run FB right outta business. Probably not for a few more years though.

It was good for the money, huge burritos, pretty cheap and between my place and the bars while I was in Ames, but the thing I always disliked about it was the place was absolutely FILTHY.
There was always crap all over the floors and dirty pans and skillets all over the place and stuff that looked like it was spilled on the cooking surface from weeks before, probably the reason I could never bring myself to go in and get one sober.
