Re: For all of you who miss the college life
I got two and half left on a take home test due at one tomorrow. Not fun. Stupid procrastination.

The best thing is when I finally get done I will be so hopped up on coffee I wont be able to sleep anyways. Me checking Cyclone Fanatic every 20 minutes or so doesn't help either I'm sure

At what point do you start to think to yourself maybe i should just stay up and not get any sleep, I think the 4 hour mark is the barrier, once you past that you might as well just stay awake

Much less than 4 hours sleep and you're more tired anyway. Besides, you run the risk of oversleeping too.

Re: For all of you who miss the college life
Hang in there.
Just wait...eventually one day you will graduate and then you will be sitting in your apartment one Sunday evening after a well spent weekend doing nothing or partying or just generally wasting time, racking your brain, trying to remember what paper you forgot to write or lab you forgot to finish...when it dawns on you:
You are out of school, you have a job, and when you go home, your work stays behind. Homework no longer exists.
I still have those moments from time to time, and there is not a greater feeling in the world.

6:30 am and I've been at work for 2 hours. Yes, I do miss the college life. How'd the test turn out?

Put in 11-12 hour day only just to take everything home with you to work on - but hey at least you are at home
These all night take home exams will prepare you for the real world though. there have been many nights staying up late to prepare for morning meetings and presentations.
