    isu housing

    need some advice. whats the best way to get out of an isu housing contract without having to pay the 80%.

    Depends on your reason. If you're not withdrawing or joining the Greek fraternity, it is very difficult to get out of it. You'd basically have to beg the housing department, and even then they very rarely release students.
