Christmas always comes the first week before school starts. I just saw the first pack of freshman girls doing sorority recruitment. We're walking in high cotton now!

Best week ever...sit on the front law with big numbered cards to rate them and sell lemonade...it always worked at getting a few dozen over to our house the following nights.

I feel like a jerk now, but one year we had a megaphone and we sat on a deck and shouted #s for how hot we thought they were. Not one of our finer moments, but funny at the time.

One of CPC recruitment chairs came over and yelled at us, but we still kept doing it for about an hour after that.

Recruitment officially starts on Sunday. Most of the sorority women have been back since Sunday doing extremely important things like working on songs, skits and how to give a proper house tour.

I miss those days...

its going to be a good weekend. We just made our cards, we have the lawn chairs ready, keystone light in the fridges, and our volleyball net ready to go! Too bad the girls can't go out for another week...
