I'll put in another vote against (sterling) university plains. Those apartments are so poorly constructed. Our heating\cooling bills were ridiculous thanks to the places being so poorly built (in the neighborhood of a few hundred a month). That, and im sure putting the water cooler practically outside didnt help either. It was my first year out of the dorms, and i'll consider it a 'learning experience'.
I lived in Fieldstone Grand for 2 years, in a 3br 3ba townhome. I really liked it, haverkamp raped us on the deposit on the way out though (and we were transferring to another of their properties even!)
The last place i lived was on emerald drive. This was my favorite. 4 guys split this 3.5 (3br and an office) 3ba house, with TONS of space and finished basement. It was only 300 each and had a garage. Only downside- i'm not sure the plows know that either Emerald or Opal (the street your garage\driveway are on) exists. Great place to have a party at.
I also believe a couple stampedes were out there as well!!!
