Lied Rec weight scale
I often weigh myself on the scale located in the men's rec. locker room. Wanted to know if any on here use it and, if so, find it to be accurate.
I use a bathroom scale at home but it typically weighs me at 8-10 lbs. heavier than the one at the Rec. I tested the one at home with a 25 lb. dumbbell and it was accurate.
Also, anyone know which scale the wrestlers use?

Re: Lied Rec weight scale
I've never tried the one at the rec, but I do know that sometimes a scale can be off at 125 even if it is accurate at 25.

I always found that scale to be off too, on the lighter side.

Re: Lied Rec weight scale
I'm hoping it is accurate...for my weight's sake.
I just assumed it is as they use it for intramural wrestling and Iowa Games weigh-ins.
