I think the $420 guy would be a better host than Rosie...
Chuck Lidell: I paint my toenails with pink and black polish. Problem is, I get more paint on my toes and on the carpet than on my nails. Any advice? Maria Sharapova: Don't you beat up other guys for a living? I don't know how to answer this.
John O'Hurley (J Peterman from Seinfeld) would be my pick. He's already done Family Fued and I think he may of had a few other cameo hosting appearances on some other game shows. He's got a similar personality to Barker's and would be likable. No brainer to me if he wants the job plus he just looks like he would fit in. If I had time to do so I might have used this picture and put a Price is Right stage behind him... :)
Here's another list I found. Mark Steines would be ok too I guess. Mario Lopez is about as bad of a choice as Rosie.
1) John O'Hurley- Seinfeld
2) Mario Lopez- Saved by the Bell
3) George Hamilton- Dynasty
4) Mark Steines- Entertainment Tonight
5) Rosie O'Donnell- The View
6) Todd Newton- Game Show Network Host
7) Mike Richards- Beauty and the Geek
The problem is a lot of women on TV are kind of in the same boat Rosie is. You only know of them because they are either annoying or controversial. Maybe Barbara Walters can host! Then again she's probably as old as Bob is... Or Martha Stewart, oh wait we know how her last show went. Funny how her and Rosie both got into it with Trump, lol!
I think Rosie's biggest problem is she doesn't know how to keep her mouth shut. If she would just shut up most of the time, she might bearable.
But seriously, Rosie would ruin the show. Either that or she'd get into an argument with the "COME ON DOWN" guy or one of the "beauties" and would end up quitting after a couple months because the didn't get along well.
