Sportscenter commercial. I think they have some of the funniest commercials around. The newest one with David Ortiz shaking hands is hilarious. Go to Sportscenter's website to view most of them.
Id say my favorite is the one where Stuart Scott and Scot Van Pelt have warmup tear-a-way suits on before they do the show. ESPNtv.com

I like the Carmelo commercial where Van Pelt gives back his headband and it is soaked. Then he asked carmelo if he has any socks he could borrow because they were going to run some ball out back.

I don't get to watch ESPN that much anymore, so I'm not up to speed on recent commercials.
But some of my older favorites
1) Sportcenter Y2K test - the one where they were preparing themselves for Y2K, ran a test and all hell broke loose in the studio
2) Artificial turf - they had a rash of leg injuries on the carpet (guy pulling up lame walking down the hallway), so they went with a more natural surface. Sprinklers in the cubicles, a lawn mower going down the hall and the guy with the leaf blower walking working behind the on-air guys.
3) One that wasn't on much, but I loved. Stuart Scott explaining how they came up with their one-liners for the shows. Had a clip of Ken Griffey Jr swinging for a homer playing over and over, and each time they'd throw out some absurd comment. Some of them were hillarious. "Homer Simpson must be on the mound because that pitcher just went "DOUGH!", "Yatzee".

The one of Dan Patrick helping Stone Cold Steve Austin study was pretty good!

I still like the one after Olbermann left.
Dan Patrick and someone else were in line at the cafeteria. The person behind the counter had a biscuit and was giving it to Dan. Dan told him to "Put the biscuit in the basket." He just stopped when he said it. All you heard in the background was Olbermann saying "Put the biscuit in the basket." It was funny that they did it as a flashback/memory. When Dan snapped out of his daze he had a tear running down his cheek.

The one where the Mannings were taking a tour and Peyton and Eli are "fighting" like little kids do by kicking and bumping each other while they are being led around.

The one when David Ortiz tries the new New Era baseball hat that happens to be a Yankees cap. The Red Sox mascot walks by the office and drops everything he's holding and just stares at him, then storms off, it's great.
