It's good to see he is still playing basketball some where in the world. I wish he would have had a better chance to prove himself in the NBA though.

Maccabi Tel Aviv is very well known and respected. I believe they beat the Raptors two years ago and they might be playing another NBA team this preseason.

Not a horrible salary and good to hear it is a well respected team. I wish him the best.

I read another article on this and it said Marcus has the option to leave after 1 season if he wants to test the NBA waters. Atleast he's making some good money and won't be tied down too long.

Beating the Raptors 2 years ago isn't saying much since the Raptors weren't much of a team. I get your point none the less though.

I see that he averaged 18.9 points/game in his college career, which I believe is true. But he didn't really average 17.4 rebounds/game, did he? Just wondering since I wasn't quite grown up while he was in his college days.

Drop the 1 and Fizer averaged 7.4 rpg (716 rebounds / 97 games = 7.38 rpg) NBA DRAFT 2000 INDEX | | |
