Has anyone here ever sent their memory card into someplace where they load the names and numbers of the every team in the game? What is a good place to go to? Do the names still show up if you play online?
People have been doing this for years, but i only play online really, im tired of winning 8 straight national championships. Id appreciate anyones advice if theyve done this before.
I alternate between Madden and NCAA every other year, i know ISU wont be ranked high in the game, but maybe i can stun some people online with Meyer and Blythe.

one of my buddies used to get the rosters online by downloading it to this device then transferring it to his ps2 memory card. if you have 360 or ps3 and get the 08 game i am pretty sure the rosters will be available online and you can download them. also, for ps2 the names of players dont show up online when you are playing

I buy mine every year off ebay, mail in my memory card, and they mail it right back the same day. Normally for less than $10.

There are a number of roster sources out there that will do it for free plus shipping charges if you send in your memory card. Don't get suckered into paying extra for roster files. I think there's a guy that graduated from Iowa State that actually charges for rosters that he took from free sources, and isn't very well liked in the online NCAA Football community.

You can just get a gameshark cable and load them yourself. I have been doing that for year, it cost like $10 for the cable in the first place.

I have the necessary cable to transfer PS2 rosters to memory cards, if anyone in the Ames area wanted me to do it for them, I'd do it free of charge, it takes all of a few minutes.
The best rosters do come off of PSXsports.com

The guy from ISU is a friend of mine. I don't know if he still does it but he had made some decent bank from it in the past. He always wanted to borrow my xbox to do it. For the record, he is a die-hard hawk fan.

An even greater reason to dislike the guy.
FWIW, he owns gamerosters.com
