Well hopefully his back pain is feeling better

We bend over backwards for this headcase just so he could shoot a guard in the head.

I think the police officers who captured him alive need some serious counselling. WTF were they thinking? Surely, he could've been shot while escaping, or reaching for a weapon or something.

I love this quote from the guy who got the gun away from the convict:

KUTV said the customer was Eric Fullerton.
"Everybody's calling me a hero. I'm not a hero," he told the TV station. "I just did what I had to do."

Maybe more people should "do what they have to do."

I could be mistaken, but that appears to be "515" on his right cheek. Any central Iowa connection?

I'm thinking the world would've been a better place, if he'd had the presence of mind to have the gun "accidentally" go off, while pointed at this scumbags face.

Now, he gets to live longer and put more law enforcement officers in danger.

ya 5150 is more like it but the 0 has a couple lines through it
"Day after day, situation after situation you do things the right way. If you do things the right way, in life, you are going to be successful. I'm not just your football coach; I'm not just here to win games. I could not be prouder of who we are and who we are becoming, together. You do things right in the classroom, off and on the field; that's whats's makes us Cyclones and that's what our culture's all about."

How did the people at Arby's know he was wanted. It looks like he would just blend right in with the general public.

    Re: New K-State basketball recruit!

Why are the height numbers all screwed up? I thought they used a standard system, and not two?

Also, this quote just screams respect for the man involved.
Police did not identify the customer who wrested the gun from Allgier, saying he did not want to be identified.

KUTV said the customer was Eric Fullerton.
    "Seven minutes to glory."
