New Commitment?

Hopefully this isn't illegal or anything, but I saw on CycloneReport.com that we picked up a new verbal today. I don't have the premium membership, so I know just as much as you. I just get excited easily and hope we can find out who it is soon.

Wouldn't mind seeing some 4star O-lineman or a stud D-back commit soon. They would probably play once they stepped on campus if they lived up to their rating.

At least Cotton didn't choose EIU. After verballing to ISU, that would've been a slap in the face.

a buddy of mine told me it was a TE from Davenport Assumption - he didn't know the name.

According to a friend of mine that it is the know, that is accurate.

Not saying your wrong, b/c it's two against one now, but I couldn't find a TE listed from Davenport on CycloneReport, HawkReport, or IowaPreps. Does anyone know anything about this kid?

wow i forgot what it was like over there on that other site. i was just reading a thread on there for the first time in over a year and it was horrible. 60% was from hawkeyes talking about how they are better. i almost forgot how ignorant and arrogant they really are.

not to be pessimistic or anything, but a tight end was not the recruit I was hoping for. unless he is 6'5", 240lbs and runs a 4.5 forty. I'm guessing he is not though, since he is not on anyone's radar.

But I hope I'm wrong and Chizik made a great pick up.

Still are not as bad as husker fans, but since you are in Omaha, I am sure you see that x 100.
