New Commit Name Released
As reported on the 10:00 p.m. news by John Walters, ISU has received a commit from Christian Graham(sp). He is a 6'2" 190 lb Wide Receiver from Joliet Junior College. He runs a 4.4 40. Christian Graham - Football Recruiting -
According to Walters, our new commit is....
.... Christian Graham, Wide Reciever from Joliet JC. 6'2, 190 4.4 40 (all according to CR)
He orginally signed with Purdue out Warren Central HS in Indianapolis, but didn't qualify.
And no, this wasn't from any board, Walters had a story about it during his sports tonight.
Peace out

Looks good, if he can hack it in the classroom.

Re: New Commit Name Released
Way to be C. John. I think we both posted the info at the same time. Graham has had some descent schools looking at him. Purdue has had some stud wideouts over the years. They definitely know how to judge talent at that position....

Re: New Commit Name Released
Hey, there is definite room for a 4.4 40 anywhere on our team!

Re: New Commit Name Released
He was a 3 star DB out of high school. I would expect him to probably be a 2 star since he verbaled to ISU. He is still very fast at 4.4-4.5 speed. Christian Graham - Football Recruiting
Another solid get.

Re: New Commit Name Released
This is absolutely unacceptable...how, as a state school, can we offer a scholarship to a Christian?!? Obviously, we have not yet learned the importance of the separation of Church and State. Just what we need another Christian on the FB team!

I cheer for two teams, Iowa State and whoever is playing the hawkeyes. -

I personally thought that was funny. Don't be a Debbie downer.
Now that MBB is back, do we still have to pretend that WBB matters?

Re: New Commit Name Released
You guys are right on it. In fact posted on the ISU website is a paraphrase from an email from Geoffroy to Chizik.... Coach - I just wanted to congratulate you on picking up another fine recruit. However, in the fairness to all athletes, and of course our atheistic professors, the Athletic Counsel has unanimously approved his name to be listed as 'Life-Skills Grahm' in the official roster and all publications. If you want to call him C&%$#*ian when no one else is around I suppose that would be OK. President Geoffroy -

Re: New Commit Name Released
I'm glad to see the all important disclaimer- 'not from any board' was again included. Can't someone, just once, say "I did get this from a confidential board and now they'll just have to take my first born or sue my *****."
Clone to the Bone with the up and coming IOWA STATE. -
Re: New Commit Name Released
Anyone know if he's projected to play WR or perhaps a chance he'll be moved to the defensive backfield?
