New FB UNI Design Voting?

When is the voting scheduled to begin for the new FB Unis?
FYI: This is not a thread on what the FB unis should and should not look like, just curious as to when we will be able to vote on the final designs. Thanks.

It says towards the bottom that voting will occur in the late summer and run through mid August. That to me means that it should start any time now.
