For those of you that have a RV or party bus for tailgaiting, I imagine most of you have a generator for it. A few of us went in on a RV last fall and have come to the conclusion we need a generator after killing the batteries overnight the first time we used it.
Anyways, we are looking for a portable generator that will be able to tow in our side storage compartment. How many watts of power do you think we'll need? Talking basically about just needing enough to run the stereo, TV, and the other things that pull power in the RV so can't imagine need too big of one. Running the AC unit is not a necessity either, that probably pulls the most power and besides the first few games there won't be a need for it anyways and could just get by with a few fans.
So just wondering what others have to power their rig. Any recommendations? The less noise the better but we are looking more at lower price and the right size to run what we have and also be able to put in the storage compartment if possible.
Travis get a hold of me or have watts, I have one that will be perfect. it is a coleman 3500, I had to upgrade to a 7500 to run the race car hauler and all the equipment in the trailer. So its just sitting in my garage wasting my space.

Of all people to answer... hey I sent you a PM for your phone number if you reply back to that as I don't have your number.
Umm, well thanks (I guess) to the responses. Think Curt has just what we are looking for. Amazing how it took posting on CF for us to find out one of our friends had what we were looking for.
