i heard rumor yesterday that adrian peterson could be out for the entire season with an injury. Dont know if its true or not? does anyone else know anything about this?
An article stated Peterson was also tied to Big Red Sports/ Imports that was paying Bomar the absorbant wages, with Peterson's car loan.
I believe it was ISUFan22 that I heard on Marty & Miller last week who shares my view: Oklahoma is going to be under some severe scrutiny by the NCAA over this. There could be a lot of stuff going down with AP, I'm just not sure how soon the NCAA will get to it. They seem to be pretty slow with this stuff.
Hey, the guy worked his tail off and deserved $18k for his summer job. He showed up once or twice at the dealership. And Adrians car cost at least $3k. Oh my.
Looking forward to CFH magic for the next bball season, Georges style.
Bump. Any more news on this, Jeremy? I can't believe that this is just going to go away. Is the NCAA really going to forget about Adrian Peterson's original role in all of this since Stoops dismissed Bomar and Quinn?
I heard on one of the sports shows on KXNO that the NCAA will be doing a lot more investigating. They were also saying the Adrian Peterson's dad went to work for that same car dealer when he got released from prison and that was going to be one of the focal points of the investigation. Don't know if it was Cotler or M&M

Whoooaaaaa! Now if that's true...someone in the NCAA compliance office aught to have an easy job of playing connect-the-dots.
Again, pending some of these rumors are true, this isn't your 4th grade version of connect-the-dots...we're talking about preschool stuff here!
Unless of course, Witosky ends up being the front-man for the investigation. Then, there will be a slanderous article directed at connect-the-dots - reporting how it's a ridiculous homework assignment and discriminates against the blind and those diagnosed with Parkinson’s.

Yes. What some people dont acknowledge is that AP is good for the NCAA. He is the face of College Fottball today and is the front-runner and favorite for the Heisman Trophy. The NCAA will "reward" OU for suspending those two players by not investigating them for AP.
Or, if my ill-faith in the NCAA is wrong, they will perform an investigation, but nothing will come of it due to OU's great investment in Adrian Peterson.
