Hope it is Cedric Mack from Bass's old school - 6-4, 335 road grader.
Hope we get some more styars added to our current recruits. Seems like McC averaged about 2.35 stars. We are now at about 1.4 stars until someone evaluates the players from juco, etc. Even though we have several offers out to 3 and 4 stars, it is not a quick sell to come to Ames compared to the other Big 12 juggernauts in recruiting. It will take about two more years to get up to the next level in recruiting. The way of the football world.
Nebraska is ranked #14 in NCAA football, their peak rating since 2002. TE and OK are rated higher.

My guess and its only a guess - but, could it be Blake Slaughter the MLB that had his own website - i remember his desired major was engineering. His videos speak to his abilities.
WESLEY - Don't worry yourself over stars.....Remember how quickly those stars can change. Zeller was a 3star low 100 recruit and suddenly he goes to a couple of camps and does well against good competition and he's the number 5 player in the nation.
I think Chiz and his staff are much like Gmac and his staff - able to recognize talent that fits into their system and not necessarily the national recruiting headliners that will help build the programs to where they can compete with the recruiting big boys for those top recruits.

I could tell you but then I would have to kill you. And then Paul Clark would kill me and Jeremy would delete the thread so really everyone would lose. You will find out soon enough.
