Odd comment on ISU by Keeler of DM Reg.

Just a follow-up, I head back from the editor of the DM Reg who was given instructions from the Publisher to email a response to me. They said the article was meant to be a positive one for ISU, and the Mr. Keeler only pointed out that some ISU fans took offense when he criticized players. With the problems in the Newspaper industry, the Register needs all the friends it can get. And selling papers to ISU fans is a must. Things may be a changing.

You know, you're probably right. This time, the DM Rag will probably really, really, really, REALLY pretend to care about us filthy non-leftist/atheist Iowans who actually think America is a cool place.

They'll still feel the need to wash repeatedly after meeting us, and will still believe we are all a bunch of ignorant hayseed rubes, but this time they'll pretend much, much better that they give a rip about us.

The DMR is a unique combination of sophomoric ignorance, arrogance and contempt for those who buy their "product". I doubt they'll ever really change.
