It's a possibility, but doubtful in my opinion. I know everyone thinks there is gonna be a good bump the last couple weeks, but I'm not convinced. I'm sticking with my prediction of less than 35k. If the students pick it up, we will get closer to 36k, but right now I'm not holding my breath. I think students will end up around 6900 again.

Hope I'm wrong and all 7800 go though!

My guess is that students will pick up on the excitement surrounding FB, respond like everyone else has, and buy up their full allotment.

I dont know if this has been mentioned yet in the debate about if all of the student tickets will be sold but one thing is that it would make sense to me that there are more student tickets sold when we have Iowa on the home schedule. There are quite a few Iowa fans at ISU and they could increase the total from last year.

I will be very disappointed in the students if the rest of the Cyclone Nation steps up to the plate that Jamie is serving and the students don't...

Im sure us students will pick it up once school comes around. From what i hear its a pain to do it over the internet because there are so many pages. Most students just go to the ticket office in person.

I think if us students pick it up then i think the older fans should keep there butts in their seats until the clock reads zero instead of leaving 10-20 min before the game just to ge out of the parking lot. Good compromize???

I think the students will step up and get there 7800 sold if so they are only 49 ticket away from 35k and that is awesome. I really think they could hit 36k keep the season tickets coming in.

i like this idea. wont happen until we go 10-3.

Give it a rest, without us students there would be no college football for you to watch. The student allotment with be bought, don't worry.

And, as brought up on numerous occasions in the past, more than likely all the students who are on these boards already have purchased their tickets months ago, so this really isn't the correct place for you to "challenge" the students to "step up".

I agree, we were all students at one time or another (high school, college) and I like to think we have some of the best students in the country. They helped to create Hilton Magic and they can also be disappointed in the football program just like the rest of us. Lets hope Chizik turns JTS into Hilton Magic south.
