Re: National exposure to double this year!!!

I hate how the title to this press release is very misleading. When it comes down to it, the only games that matter from an exposure standpoint are the ABC game with Texas and the two ESPN games with KU. Last year we had 3 games on either ESPN or ESPN2(Bradley,KU twice) so I'm not sure how they figure the exposure doubles. The two additional games on ESPN classic are nice, but that's nothing to brag about. Plus no appearance on Big Monday, unless I checked a bad calendar. Oh well, in a few years the exposure will make a huge jump.

Re: National exposure to double this year!!!

I hate to say it but this may actually be bad news for ISU fans. Many times even though the game is broadcast by ESPN, ABC, etc. Its on a regional basis. In other words if you are not in the midwest it is not in your region and you don't get it. If you sign up for Full Court they will not broadcast it either because it is blacked out (even though you don't get the game).

I wil have to VERY carefully evaluate ESPN FC this year. It may be that we only get 1/2 as many games as last year. YUCK.

oh great, now they are going to put games on ESPN classic now - another reason for mediacom to raise rates (have to get the 8th ESPN channel).
