MBB scholarship offers question

Scout listed us as having offered Will Brown, a PF for 2008. I haven't heard anything about this guy. Is that right? It would be really nice if we could have something like a thread where we just keep track of who is offered. I can't help but think it's not just Iverson and Davila that the staff is looking at for 2008. Jeremy used to have a big ol' list of offers and commits in the site navigation toolbar... ahh, those were the days.

I think we offered him a long time ago. I don't think he has much interest but I could be wrong.

Armond Battle
Montrel Clark
Colton Iverson
Victor Davila
Some big puerto rican guy that everyone at CR freaked out about and we really don't have any interest in him.

Terrence Jennings is no longer an option. He commited to Maryland
Stan Simpson is leaning toward Indiana
Steve Tchiengang is low on us right now also.
I am sure there are a few others. I have not heard much at this point.

I must have missed that, however, I think it would have been amusing.

He is now appearing in Rivals' database as a 2009 JUCO guy.

Actually, if I recall, I think the MPR got some play over here as well - I chalked it up as a hoax after a while.

Yeah he was refered to as the Mystery Puerto Rican. Pretty funny crap. Nobody knew his name. Just that there was a big puerto rican that ONLY Gmac knew about. No other coach.
