I was in the Hy-Vee checkout lane about noon, and Ace and his brother walked in. It was the first time I'd seen him since the spring game and I thought he looked noticably bigger in just that short time.
And as far as estimating his body fat percentage, I think it's safe to say he has NOT been laying around eating potato chips this summer!!!

Yep, Alvin brought in his brother for awhile to give him a fatherly figure because he has not had a father, Alvin does a great job taking care of him and doing football. Ace is a really good person, and not a bad football player. A great Role Model

Everytime a starter's name becomes a subject line on CF, I'm always bracing myself for the injury...
| Deep within the heart of Iowa, a storm is brewing...
... the winds of change ripple throughout the vast fields of corn surrounding the small college town of Ames.
The Gene Chizik era of football continues, and, with it, a renewed attitude of pride, determination, and success. This is Cyclone Football. |

A real nice human interest story that says alot about Alvin!!
