CBS Sportsline Big XII Preview

Dennis Dobbs posted his preview of the Big XII on CBS Sportsline this morning.

I call bull****. He spends the entire article talking about Oklahoma, then wraps up the ISU preview with this sentence: "A lot of folks thought Gene Chizik chose the wrong program to kick off his head-coaching career." Ouch.

Fixed it for him.

What a tool. It's like he researched every team except for ISU, and decided to toss them under the rug.

The only place to go is up. I actually don't mind no one taking us seriously. No expectations, that is when the Cyclones always seem to surprise.

I don't know if I would say "always seem to surprise" As there have been plenty of times when there were no expectations and we lived down to them.

"always seem to" isn't the same as saying "always surprise". Two different meanings. However, you are correct, sometimes we do live down to them.

If they think he chose the wrong place to start, they must have alot of faith in his talent. Why did Gene choose us, im sure he could have had his pick. Maybe he saw something here. Maybe they should focus on that. That guy just didnt want to do any research. Its easy to talk about the traditional top teams.
