Maybe he has Kansas confused with Missouri. Kansas might finish as high as 3rd, but they could be as low as 6th too. It's pretty much MU and NU and everyone else in the North.

I think any team in the North "could" win it. A conference record of 5-3 could easily be enough, just need the right tiebreaker.
