Graphic Design question

I am using macromedia fireworks 8 and I am trying to get my text to follow the form of my auto shape for my design. But I can't figure out how to get it to work.
To give you an idea I have a oval and I want to put text inside the oval and I want the text to follow the form of it. If anyone could help me out it would be appreciated.
